The company Settima Meccanica has been producing screw pumps since 1978 and has become one of the leading European manufacturers. It is an independent, medium-sized company that is run in the second generation. An extensive and flexible range of screw pumps is produced. Settima is DIN / ISO 9001 certified and has ATEX certification for the SMT16B types. The SMT16B industrial pump is based in many ways on the mass production of the elevator pump and is a quiet and economical alternative.
The main applications are: power hydraulics, gear lubrication, cooling systems, test bench construction, oil burners, shipbuilding.

Select the option for the drive from the following table. Depending on the pump size, you can choose between a drive shaft for bellhousing attachment and a hollow shaft (AC) for direct attachment to the standard electric motor. For the shaft version there is the option of mechanical seal TM31Z32 (hydraulic oil), TMZ32Y1 (petrol, diesel) and TMK22U31 (cooling lubricant). With the hollow shaft version, you also select the position of the leakage connection.

You can get the pumps with an internal pressure relief valve (RF1, RF2, RF3), permanently set to 5, 10 or 15 bar. An externally adjustable pressure relief valve (RP) for pressures of up to 25 bar is also available. The RF version is available with all suction variants, the RP version only with the standard suction flange.

Attention: In the version with externally adjustable DBV, the position cannot be changed afterwards!
The suction connections AX, AL, SMIT cannot be combined with the externally adjustable pressure relief valve.
The pumps are available with seals made of NBR, Viton, PTFE and EPDM
Our repair kits contain all the required seals, the ball bearing, the feather key and a protective shaft sleeve to avoid costly reworking or replacement of the shaft and to ensure that the shaft sealing ring functions properly.
